Sydney!!

Yesterday we drove from Corryong down into Sydney. It was a long drive and thats all I will say about it. We got in about 7:30 monday night and since we didn't have any internet we also didnt have any hotel reservations. Fortunately we used the GPS to find a Holiday Inn which turned out to be amazing. It is a really nice room and in a great location. Today we walked down to the wharf and then over to the Opera House which was pretty cool to see. Also tonight they are having the new Star Trek red carpet premiere. We just saw it on the news that all the celebs were there crazy I know. Anyway after we hung out there for a while we headed over to the train station and took the train over to the sydney aquarium. This was hands down the best aquarium I have ever been to. There were so many cool things to see but the best was probably this huge tank with sharks, manta rays, turtles and an assortment of fish. There were two walking tubes about 200 feet long that went along the bottome of the tank. It was amazing to have all these animals swimming right next to and over us. Dad and I were very impressed. After that we made our way back through the big city with dad feeling very out of place. Then we saw the perfect sign and we had to get a picture of it. We made it back safely and then laid low for most of the rest of the day. Tomorrow we are heading down the coast to somewhere. We will be sure to keep you guys updated.

  3. That's cool, but sharks suck. They are scary. And I agree with Sarah, I would have crashed that Star Trek premiere. Would have made a good story :)Keep up the good work.

  4. Love the pose in front of "Fish out of Water". Larry would be the same. Looks like a huge sale. That would be hard for me to resist! Anxious to see and hear what is next! Any kangaroos yet?
